Traditional Chinese herb
Jiaogulan is one of the plants in the traditional Chinese medicine. Zhu Xiao first described it in 1406 during the Ming Dynasty in the book “Herbs against starvation”.
The second Chinese name Xiancao means herb of immortality. People in South China drink a Jiaogulan tea daily and the amount of people in the Guizhou region, who become over 100 years old, is above average.
Jiaogulan is an adaptogen
It means the plant is able to adapt to the conditions and it directly affects the weak spots of the body. It also means that Jiaogulan may have different effects in different people. Furthermore, adaptogenic means that the plant does not add a new component such as side effect, stress, or the like.
Significant vital substances of Jiaogulan
The high content of gypenosides, which belong to the class of saponins, is a special property of this plant. It also contains the same ingredients as ginseng, namely ginsenosides. Jiaogulan contains more than 80 saponins as opposed to 28 in Panax ginseng. Other ingredients include polysaccharides, amino acids, vitamins and minerals.

Nach vier Wochen sehr gute Ergebnisse
Bei meiner letzten Bestellung wurde ich auf Jiaogulan aufmerksam. Dachte es kann ja nicht schaden - und jetzt geht es mir nach vier Wochen deutlich besser. Deutliche Verbesserung in Bezug auf Leistungsfähigkeit und deutlich mehr Lebensfreude
