What is chitosan?
Chitosan is a cellulose-like polymer obtained from chitin. It is a polysaccharide found, for example, in fungi, arthropods and molluscs.In addition, chitosan is an indigestible dietary fibre that passes through the intestine practically unchanged.

Verzehrempfehlung:
Erwachsene bis zu 3 x täglich 2 Tabletten 30 bis 60 Minuten vor den Mahlzeiten mit viel Wasser.
Hinweis: Während der Einnahme von Chitosan sollte täglich mind. 1 Liter Flüssigkeit zusätzlich zur normalen Trinkmenge aufgenommen werden. Von einem Dauergebrauch ist abzuraten, da dieser zu einem Mangel an fettlöslichen Vitaminen führen kann.
